We offer personalized Rx Pads - normally with 2-3 day turnaround after proof approval. Expedited delivery is available.
The order process is simple:
IF YOU HAVE A COPY OF AN EXISTING PAD TO SEND TO US:
1. Attach a pdf or jpg file of your current pad to your order by clicking on the "Upload Sample File" link at the top of this page.
2. We will prepare a proof copy and email to you for approval before printing.
3. Select quantity of pads, add to cart and continue to checkout.

Pads are custom-printed with your practice information and come in 100-sheet pads. Minimum order quantity 4 pads (400 scripts).
Pad pricing:
- 4 pads - $40.00
- 8 pads - $64.00
- 12 pads - $90.00
- 16 or more pads - $7.25 per pad
Pads must be ordered in increments of 4 pads as shown in price list.
Pads are default printed in landscape mode.

Important Note: Because these pads are printed on CMS-approved Washington State security paper, you must have a copy of your DEA certificate available upon request to order these pads.
We ship to medical practices. If shipping to a residential address, we must have a copy of your DEA certificate on file.
