Gary Lucas founded Lucas Distribution in 2007, after he retired from the office equipment industry with over 35 years of service. Working along with his wife Arlene, their goal was to provide products of the highest quality at fair prices, while maintaining outstanding customer service.
Since our inception in 2007 with zero customers, Lucas Distribution’s sales have steadily grown; as of June 2022, we have served over 7,500 customers in the U.S. and in over 40 countries around the world!

Managing Partner Gary Lucas has been working in the Office Equipment Industry for over 50 years, beginning with 3M Company in 1972 until retiring from Ricoh America in 2007 and starting Lucas Distribution. Gary proudly served in the US Marines from 1969~1972 and was honorably discharged with the rank of Sgt. E-5. Hobbies include leatherworking, competitive shooting, woodworking and fishing. With experience in Service, Sales, and Marketing Project Management, Gary understands the issues that face his customers on a daily basis.
