You may return most new, unopened/undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product cost. Custom orders (e.g., custom printed, custom painted) are normally not returnable. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, simply call us at 770-554-5560 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide an RMA number and instructions how to return the item. A refund will be issued within 2 business days of our receipt of the undamaged, returned goods.
