Order your prescription pads from Lucas Distribution, custom-printed on CMS-approved security paper.

We offer personalized Rx Pads - normally with 2-3 day turnaround after proof approval.  Expedited delivery is available.

  NOTE: We do not offer pads for the following states: 

 California, Delaware, Florida, Kentucky, Maine, New Jersey, New York

 NOTE: Texas Law requires that LEVEL 2 NARCOTICS MUST be written on Texas State Supplied Prescription Paper.  All other medications in Texas may be written on SecureGuardTM Rx Paper products. 

The order process is simple:

IF YOU HAVE A COPY OF AN EXISTING PAD TO SEND TO US:

1. Attach a pdf or jpg file of your current pad to your order by clicking on the "Upload Sample File" link at the top of this page.

2. We will prepare a proof copy and email to you for approval before printing.

3. Select quantity of pads, add to cart and continue to checkout.

Pads are custom-printed with your practice information and come in 100-sheet pads.  Minimum order quantity 4 pads (400 scripts).

Pad pricing:

  •   4 pads - $40.00
  •   8 pads - $64.00
  • 12 pads - $90.00
  • 16 or more pads - $7.25 per pad
 

Pads must be ordered in increments of 4 pads as shown in price list.

Pads are default printed in landscape mode.

 

FREE FedEx Ground shipping in the continental United States.  For Hawaii and Alaska orders please contact us for a shipping quote.

 

We do not offer pads for the following states:

California, Delaware, Florida, Kentucky, Maine, New Jersey, New York

 

Important Note: Because these pads are printed on CMS-approved security paper, you must have a copy of your DEA certificate available upon request to order these pads. 

We ship to medical practices.  If shipping to a residential address, we must have a copy of your DEA certificate on file. 

Anyone fraudulently ordering these pads will be reported to local authorities!

    I would use Lucas again for my RX pads. The quality is quite nice and the proofing layout process was very quick and responsive. The quantity and quality of the pads are very professional and the price was reasonable. Would recommend this distributor and the pad selection.

    THE REASON I GIVE YOU 3 STARS IS BECAUSE, FATHER AND SON DO NOT COMMUNICATE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS. I ORIGINALLY SPOKE WITH THE SON AND EMAILED AN ORDER AND COPY OF WHAT I WANTED. I THEN GOT A CALL FROM THE FATHER WHO HAD NO IDEA THAT I HAD ALREADY ORDERED. AS A RESULT A MIX UP OF THE QUANTITY OF PADS ORDERED BECAME AN ISSUE. I HAD ORDERED 5 AND WHEN THE FATHER CALLED HE INFORMED ME THAT I HAD TO ORDER IN INCREMENTS OF 4 PADS. I SAID IT WAS OK TO CHANGE IT TO 4 PADS. I EVEN SENT YOU CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. I THEN REFERRED YOU TO MY BROTHER DR. ROBLES AND HIS OFC MANAGER HERLINDA FOR THEIR ORDER. IT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH DR. GONZALEZ' ORDER. YET WHEN SHE PLACED HER ORDER, THE AMOUNT OF PADS FOR DR GONZALEZ WERE CHANGED TO 8 BECAUSE DR ROBLES ORDERED 8 PADS. ANOTHER REASON IS THAT I SPECIFICALLY SAID I NEEDED IT TO SAY 'DOB' NOT 'AGE', AS I SENT A COPY OF SCRIP WE HAD WITH THE CHANGES YET I WAS NOT INFORMED THAT 'AGE' COULD NOT BE CHANGED. I WILL USE THESE PADS AS THEY LOOK GOOD EXCEPT THAT DR GONZALEZ AND DR ROBLES STILL HAVE TO MARK OFF 'AGE' AND WRITE IN 'DOB'
